Wilson's popularity travelled into the US in 2014, when she appeared on Showtimes The Affair. Wilson starred in the horror thriller I Am the Pretty Thing Living in the Home, which premiered in 2016 and also played the cryptic PT Stella as the Sci-Fi romance How to Talk to Girls a Parties. To add more of the horror genre onto her credits, she's set to be a part of the British adaptation to film to The Little Stranger a supernatural thriller based on the book by writer Sarah Waters. Wilson also produces the film.
